Break the Burnout Cycle Retreat

YOGA – BREATHWORK – PSYCHOLOGICAL FITNESS

14 – 18 July 2023, Portugal

Pause for a minute…….. how are you feeling?

How is your energy? How motivated do you feel when you wake up in the morning? How excited about life are you?

When life gets busy, we can easily slip down the path to burnout – working harder to keep up, not getting enough rest, developing unhealthy habits and draining our inner resources beyond their limits. People often experience brain fog, unable to think straight and powerless to make a change.

When you’re in this state, a clean break away is needed with the time, space and support in place to help you take positive steps in the right direction.  Our burnout retreat is designed to help.

The Burnout Journey – where are you?

Come join us at Quinta Marugo in Portugal for a nourishing and transformative experience. This retreat is a unique programme that allow you to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with your inner resources through yoga, breathwork, relaxation techniques, burnout assessment and 1:1 coaching, self-reflection exercises, burnout workshops and strategies to manage stress. Our goal is to help you balance your emotions and develop healthy thinking patterns so you are able to be the best version of yourself.

Before coming to the retreat, you will complete an online personal assessment (AURA) to provide insight into signs and symptoms of burnout, including thinking traps, emotional exhaustion, physical fatigue and cognitive difficulties.

Retreat highlights:

  • Morning yoga to energise and centre you for the day ahead
  • 1:1 coaching session with trained psychologist to debrief your personal assessment, deepen your understanding of your stress response patterns & how to navigate
  • A 90 minute transformational breathwork journey to remove emotional blocks and shift your state.
  • Workshops to learn tools and techniques to manage stress, prevent burnout and learn how to thrive through challenges
  • Evening restorative yoga sessions to calm the nervous system and help you get a good night’s sleep
  • Savour nourishing, home grown food to cleanse and nurture the body
  • Connect with like-minded individuals
  • Relax by the pool and immerse yourself in nature
  • Replenish your energy and reignite your passion.

By addressing burnout early on, individuals can prevent potential consequences such as physical and mental health problems, relationship strain, and job performance decline.

Our burnout retreat is an opportunity for participants to focus on their personal goals and aspirations, promote personal growth and development, and achieve a sense of fulfilment in their lives.

We like to keep our group size small for a more personalised and highly supported experience, therefore our maximum is 14 people.

Others have left our retreats feeling…

“a renewed sense of purpose, relaxed and centred, supported, refreshed and empowered to make positive changes in my life..”
