In today's fast-paced world, resilience isn't just an asset—it's a superpower.

The Superpower of Resilience

Resilience is all about navigating challenges and bouncing back better from life’s curveballs. It's about being attuned to your needs, knowing when to dial things down and when to keep on going.

Resilience is a state of being - it fluctuates depending on the level of demands we're facing and how well equipped we are to cope with them.

Its something we need to carefully manage if we want to avoid burnout and show up at our best in life.

The Wake Up Call
Here’s the thing: only 5% of employees are showing strong resilience. Meanwhile, a massive 64% are feeling super stressed regularly. 95% have some signs that they are sliding down the path to burnout yet most don't realise it.

How We Can Help

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can disconnect from the stresses of daily life, reconnect with their inner selves, and cultivate the resilience needed to thrive in today's uncertain, challenging world.

Why Come?

Daily yoga classes, immersion in nature and nourishing food grown on the land will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

There's plenty of time to relax by the pool, read in the library and go for walks in the 74 acres of secluded natural beauty.

Resilience is unique to everyone - you'll have the opportunity to take AURA, our resilience assessment tool and go through your personal profile with a trained psychologist to help you understand your stress triggers and what you can do to unlock your resilience.

Led by psychologist and resilience specialist, our group workshops will enable you to practice proven skills to help you handle life's inevitable challenges with grace and strength.

These are skills we all need and are rarely taught!

You’ll leave with greater clarity, focus and renewed motivation to make meaningful changes.

Book your place on our Portugal retreat

Our next retreat is 26 - 30 July 2024 set amongst the rolling hills of the Alentejo region in Portugal.

"I took part in this having never undertaken a retreat previously. It was far more than I expected and has definitely convinced me that it is something worthwhile. I came home relaxed and centred. It was my first time doing yoga with a teacher and I have now also found a yoga class to continue with it. The whole retreat allowed you to do as much or as little as you wished and was a very supported environment."

"The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish; workshops on resilience were professional and fun. Yoga before breakfast was gentle yet very energising. The food was delicious and wholesome. I came back feeling refreshed and with the knowledge of small changes I can make in my life."
