Being constantly stressed has become normal and many people don’t realise they are headed towards burnout.

Led by a psychologist and sought after yoga teacher from Hong Kong, our exclusive retreats in an untouched part of Portugal will help you step away from the hustle and bustle, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.

But unlike other retreats, the benefits will be long lasting - you’ll gain valuable insights and tools to help you stress less and thrive personally and professionally.

Don’t wait until a crisis.  Be proactive and plan time to recover from the stresses of life, renew and reignite your passion.

Daily yoga classes, immersion in nature and nourishing food grown on the land will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Morning yoga classes will energise you for the day ahead and evening yoga will be restorative to promote rest and recovery.

There's plenty of time to relax by the pool, read in the library and go for walks in the 74 acres of secluded beauty.

If left unchecked burnout can creep up on you. Our bespoke resilience assessment (AURA) supported by a 1:1 coaching session with a trained psychologist will help you understand your stress profile, recognise warning signs, identify your roadblocks and map out a personal pathway to build long term resilience.

Our group workshops will enable you to  reflect, share experiences with other and learn science-backed strategies from positive psychology to help you manage your mind and emotions during challenging times.

You'll map our your personal pathway to increasing your resilience, committing to small, yet impactful habits to implement in your life.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, focus and renewed motivation to make meaningful changes.

"I took part in this having never undertaken a retreat previously. It was far more than I expected and has definitely convinced me that it is something worthwhile. I came home relaxed and centred. It was my first time doing yoga with a teacher and I have now also found a yoga class to continue with it. The whole retreat allowed you to do as much or as little as you wished and was a very supported environment."

"The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish; workshops on resilience were professional and fun. Yoga before breakfast was gentle yet very energising. The food was delicious and wholesome. I came back feeling refreshed and with the knowledge of small changes I can make in my life."
